TERMS OF SALE
Orders can be sent through our website www.ridolfimontalcino-shop.it by filling out the appropriate section. All prices shown on our website are VAT inclusive and can be updated daily.
Shipping cost must be added to the price of the individual product or packages, the amount may vary according to the delivery method, as well as in relation to the country of destination (see section "Shipping"). The total amount due for the selected products and/or services will be indicated and communicated to the Customer, before the conclusion of the Sales Contract

WIRE TRANSFER
The goods will be sent once payment has been received by wire transfer.
Payment must be made within 48 hours from the order date. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The bank transfer reason must necessarily include the order number, order date, name and surname of the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS
Express courier: Ridolfi Srl Agricultural Company uses the best and most reliable national and international couriers to guarantee punctual shipments at competitive prices. Delivery times are usually 2-3 days from the order date during weekdays for deliveries on the national territory including islands. As for other destinations outside the national territory, please contact us to request the shipping times. Availability of individual products is included in the form containing the characteristics of the products themselves. Deliveries will be made by express courier, to the address, the client indicated when ordering.
SHIPPING GUARANTEES
Each order is packed by Ridolfi Srl Agricultural Company with safe packaging for shipments. A package not intact, or damaged or with obvious signs of tampering, must be pointed out to the courier who delivers it, do not open it and absolutely sign the waybill by adding the words "WITH VERIFICATION RESERVE" or refuse delivery. This allows you to protect yourself if you encounter any type of anomaly after opening the neck. Only in the latter case, it will be necessary to report the incident via e-mail to the address shop@ridolfimontalcino.it within 24 hours from the incident.
RESPONSIBILITY
Ridolfi Srl Agricultural Company is not responsible for any disservice attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, epidemics and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, to execute the sales agreement within the agreed time.
PURCHASER’S OBLIGATION
The customer, once the "online" purchase procedure is concluded, and fully accepts the privacy policy, undertakes to print and/or keep these general conditions, which, moreover, will have already viewed and accepted as a step obliged to purchase, as well as to print the specifications of the product being purchased.
The purchaser is strictly prohibited from entering false and/or invented and/or invented data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this sales agreement and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively the real personal data and not of third parties. Registered customers can deactivate their accounts, request their cancellation or discontinue use of the service at any time by contacting the Ridolfi Srl Agricultural Company directly via the e-mail address: shop@ridolfimontalcino.it.
In case of violation of these Terms, the Ridolfi Srl Agricultural Company reserves the right to suspend or close the Client's account at any time and without notice.
CONTRACTUAL RESOLUTION AND EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
The obligations assumed by the above customer (Obligations of the buyer), as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer must make, are essential, so that by express agreement, the default by the Customer, of only one of these obligations, will determine the legal termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for judicial judgment, without prejudice to the right for La Società Ridolfi Srl to take legal action for compensation for further damage
The sale of alcoholic products is forbidden to minors, therefore the customer declares to be of age according to the legislation applicable to the latter. The customer declares that whoever receives the alcoholic product will be of age according to the applicable legislation.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Although not expressly written, the legal provisions on distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform Ridolfi Srl of the decision to withdraw by e-mail with an explicit declaration. The email must specify:
1- Invoice number
2- Day of receipt and therefore of taking possession of the property
3- The products for which you want to exercise the legitimate right of withdrawal
4- Name, surname and customer address
5- Iban code of the current account where to make the refund
6- The return of the products must take place within 14 days of the customer's communication, by a courier sent by the Ridolfi Srl Agricultural Company to collect the goods on the established day and time.
7- The goods must be packed with the original packaging or in similar suitable for the safe transport of bottles by courier. As long as the seller has not received the goods or proof that they have been shipped, he can legitimately withhold the refund. Only the shipping costs will be charged to the customer to send the goods to the seller at its headquarters. The supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods are excluded from the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal.
JURISDICTION AND RELEVANT COURT
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the "online" purchase agreements website www.ridolfimontalcino-shop.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
